These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and boom365 ("boom365," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the boom365 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on boom365, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must have a valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS for account verification and OTP purposes.

boom365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) boom365 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. boom365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

• Notify boom365 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not use another player's account or allow another person to use your account.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.
• Ensure your registered mobile number remains active and accessible for OTP verification.

boom365 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

boom365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to approved banks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of withdrawal request.

All funds deposited into your boom365 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. boom365 reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method if a third-party deposit is detected.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) requirements. boom365 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are estimates only and may be affected by banking hours, public holidays, and verification requirements.

boom365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers. All currency transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

boom365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically upon satisfaction of qualifying conditions, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• boom365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or abuse of promotional terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

boom365 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means. Players who are found to have abused the bonus system may have their accounts suspended and winnings voided.

All games available on boom365 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. boom365 does not accept cancellation of confirmed wagers.

• boom365 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

For sports betting, boom365 follows standard industry rules for settlement of markets. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, boom365's decision, based on official results from recognized governing bodies, shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the boom365 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or boom365 staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including card counting in live games where such conduct is prohibited by game rules.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the boom365 Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing boom365 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your boom365 account.

boom365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through your account settings:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from boom365.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any boom365 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of boom365's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by boom365.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, boom365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond boom365's reasonable control.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

boom365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your boom365 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

boom365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that boom365 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

You may close your boom365 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and satisfaction of all applicable verification checks.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination of your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the boom365 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulations.

boom365 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through boom365's internal dispute resolution process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

boom365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, boom365 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
